Manager / Engineer (Green Mark / SCEM)

Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily facilities maintenance operations, including ACMV, chiller, HVAC, and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Perform routine inspections to promptly identify and resolve maintenance issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, coordinating timely resolutions with internal teams and external contractors. Analyse data from building management systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects. Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide training and support to facility staff to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in M&E Engineering / Facilities Management or any relevant field Min 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably engineering or FM industry. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance. At least 3-4 years of experience on air-conditioning systems. Must have Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional (“GMAP”) / Facilities Management (“GMAP(FM)”) and/or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (“SCEM”).
