Group Finance Manager

We are looking for a suitable professional to head the Group Finance for our regional HQ in Singapore: Responsibilities Directly reports both to HQ & Local CFOs Lead a team of local and overseas finance professionals. Review and ensure timely submission of monthly consolidated financial reports Prepare and present business analytics on the group's performance monthly Review and ensure accuracy of financial results of overseas entities Review on accuracy of inter-company balances and RPT monthly Prepare consolidated audit (financial) statements and manage the annual group audit Ensure the group is in compliance with IFRS Effectively oversee the group's tax matters Manage and compile annual group budgeting for timely submission to management Monthly reporting on group cashflow projections Implement and update SOPs for the group & perform bi-annual reviews. Other additional scope as assigned by the Management Skills & Qualifications Degree in Accountancy or ACCA professional certification Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years as an audit manager Strong technical knowledge of IFRS Hands-on consolidation experience using MS Excel Team management experience Possess strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
