What will you be responsible for in this role? Provide technical support to local retail customers and partners for ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) related solutions. Assist sales team to introduce products and solutions to retail customers via workshop, demonstration and POC. Coach customers and partners for system installation, upgrading, migration, and troubleshooting. Provide ongoing support for existing customer projects, includes designing customer ESL templates, maintaining test environments, and solve production incidents. Work alongside project managers to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to customer projects and technical support requests. Provide technical training to customers and local partners. Who are we looking for? Graduating in 2025/2026 with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automation, Software Engineering, or related fields. Familiar with mainstream desktop and operating system environment. Familiar with relational database. Programming or scripting languages will be a plus. Excellent language and expression skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Strong willingness to engage in customer communication. Possess project management skills to drive initiatives to successful outcomes. Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and technologies. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure effectively. A driving license is preferred.
