AI & Data Science Lead

Key Responsibilities: Enterprise AI Enablement Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Lead the development of production-ready ML pipelines and AI infrastructure (MLOps). Work closely with stakeholders to integrate AI into business workflows. Build dashboards to track model accuracy, latency, cost and version performance. Implement and maintain best practices in AI development, including model governance, risk, and compliance. AI Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business priorities. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations and develop proof-of-concepts that evolve into scalable solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and partnerships for accelerating AI capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI trends, innovations, and ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. Minimally 7 years of experience in AI/ML, MLOps, Data Science or Applied AI. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering. Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building ML pipelines with CI/CD. Strong project leadership and ability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery. Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory frameworks. Experience in building and executing AI/tech roadmaps is a strong plus.
