Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient utilization.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
  • Identify and manage potential risks associated with the project.

Requirements:

  • Related BCA certifications or Diploma/Degree in Construction/Project Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant Local Building Construction projects experience.
