Job Description:
Responsibilities
To work within a mental health call centre environment, the candidate will attend to calls/webchats and triage, assess, and provide information and advice to callers.
Essential Job Functions:
Handle enquiries via phone and webchat
Offer mental health information and resources based on callers' needs
Triage and identify callers at risk and/or refer callers to relevant resources
Provide brief intervention as required
Handle distress calls
Requirements
Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Occupational Therapy/Counselling or Advanced Diploma in Mental Health Nursing
Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Entry Level Candidates with a positive learning attitude may also apply
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a passion for patient care and community support
Able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
