We are seeking a strategic and execution-focusedProduct Managerto lead the development and growth of our golf product portfolio. Based in our Singapore headquarters, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management in the USA, this role will be responsible for translating customer needs and market insights into innovative product solutions that deliver measurable value.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure our B2B golf products meet customer expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Define, refine, and execute the product roadmap for Rapsodo's golf technology.
Drive product discovery through voice-of-customer research, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
Develop business cases and value propositions for new product concepts and major enhancements.
Requirements & Development
Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver scalable, user-centric features on time.
Ensure the voice of the customer is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Serve as the voice of the customer, especially golf coaches, academies, and training centers.
Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and validate product direction.
Support product launches and customer onboarding with training and enablement materials.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track product KPIs and usage metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize product features and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
Participate in customer-facing events, trade shows, and product demos as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with B2B SaaS, sports tech, or consumer electronics.
Deep knowledge or demonstrated interest in the golf industry, particularly coaching and training environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with both B2B and B2C product landscapes is an advantage.
Passion for golf, sports performance, or athlete development is highly desirable.
