Drive Digital Transformation as a Business Analyst Manager

You will play a key part in translating complex business and data requirements into clear, actionable insights that drive our business processes and guide our business decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business challenges for the oil & gas industry, focusing on commodity trading, commercial and supply chain operations to design digital solutions addressing real business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various business functions to understand detailed business requirements, including sales, commercial, operations, market intelligence and finance teams.
  • Design and document business requirements and solution designs, involving detailed functional specifications and technical solution designs.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into detailed business processes, technical requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Recommend new solutions or enhancements to improve business efficiency.
  • Actively drive optimization and enhancement when translating business requirements to digital solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, technology, or business.
  • 10+ years of experience in oil & gas or related industries, with a focus on commodity trading, commercial and supply chain operations, including digital projects or business system analysis & design.
  • Experience with technical tools and solutions like ERP, CRTM/ETRM, SCM, advanced data analytics, GenAI, or other digital business systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on designing real-world solutions.
  • Good understanding of general business, oil & gas/commodity trading and supply chain operations, data flows, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to articulate technical ideas and solutions to business teams, business process and requirements to technical team, and lead project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
