Join Micron as an Central PQE Deviation Engineer and take on an Critical role within our Global Quality Team. This is an great opportunity to be at the forefront of driving quality excellence and innovation in SingaporeKey Responsibilities Manage & Lead deviations and Variation reduction activities across all Micron Frontend Sites, ensuring perfect execution of processes. Collaborate with Corporate QMS, QRA, Central Teams, and Manufacturing to enable Best in Class Quality Culture while optimizing wafer output and cost. Lead global teams and develop strategies to improve quality processes and systems, contributing to significant quality improvement projects. Optimize, analyze, and manage deviation controls (Event/QDRs) to continually improve $CoNC/%NCD metrics. Drive deviation reduction projects through enhanced global business processes and analytic system improvements. Evaluate trends and provide direction for corrective actions in collaboration with various teams. Propose and deploy best‐known method (BKM) alignment initiatives as the lead for the Effective Problem Solving (EPS) SWAT team. Support manufacturing targets by collaborating with worldwide central and site teams. Form and lead task forces to address quality health or metrics issues when needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 8-10 years of experience in a related industry with a proven track record of leading multi‐functional teams and projects. Strong critical thinking and outstanding problem‐solving skills. Expertise in deviation management and quality improvement.
