Role Overview As the Massage Therapist , you will be responsible for providing professional and exceptional massage and body treatments, ensuring client comfort and safety, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction of the establishment. You will build strong relationships with members, drive future bookings, educate members on treatment benefits, and model the six pillars of Morrow in daily work. You will work closely with the Recovery Zone team to ensure the best possible experience for all members. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional treatments: perform a variety of massage services using appropriate tools and products. Provide face and body treatments including facials, scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, always prioritizing guest comfort and safety. Provide guest-focused care: assess guest needs and contraindications, be punctual for appointments, review notes post-treatment, escort guests to treatment rooms, answer questions, and handle inappropriate guest behaviour by following standard operating procedures. Maintain a pristine environment: keep treatment rooms and recovery zone areas clean and neat; maintain tools and linens; sterilize equipment; manage waste and secure supplies. Operational support: assist in Reception, Retail, Relaxation, Preparation, and Recovery Zone areas; maintain inventory; report dysfunctional equipment promptly. Professional development & teamwork: stay up-to-date with techniques, attend team meetings, assist with demonstrations/events, adhere to internal standards, monitor time schedules, and perform daily tasks with a professional attitude. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Possess a valid certificate in massage services (e.g., CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC/WSQ)At least 2 years of experience as a Spa/Massage therapist Good communication skills with a warm, caring attitude towards guests and Morrow members Nice to Have Excellent language skills Experience in luxury spas Why Join Us If you’re a dedicated Massage Therapist passionate about wellness and delivering exceptional service, apply now.
