Required Skills
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and professionally.
Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with job seekers, providing support and guidance with sensitivity.
Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
