Responsibilities

  • To ensure sampling lab activities are carried out in accordance with the required EHS directives.
  • To compound ingredients in the correct proportions according to the system formulas.
  • To carry out necessary miscellaneous routine activities such as material inventory count, material replenishment, vessel cleaning and machine maintenance to ensure maximum uptime of the operations.
  • Manage robot operation to ensure timely completion of robot sub-mixes to support on-time delivery to customers.
  • Optimize robot pours to support Sampling Lab, Creation Lab and Production.
  • Ensure optimal performance of robot through preventive maintenance, material stock management and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all compounding activities and robot operations are carried out according to the approved procedure.
  • Ensure tasks are completed right the first time.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities or initiatives.
  • Quality System Compliance
  • Maintain and support all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS (ISO 9001, GMP & Halal).

Your profile

Requirements

  • GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP software like SAP will be an advantage.

Competencies

  • Able to perform as a team player.
  • Display good collaborative working attitude.
  • Able to work shift.
  • Able to read and communicate in basic English.
  • Able to handle laboratory instrument and equipment.
