We're looking for a Cloud/AWS Technical Lead to take full ownership of executing cloud migration and modernization projects for our clients. You'll work directly with the CCO (who leads sales and client-facing communication), while you focus on driving the technical delivery end-to-end . What You'll Do Own Project Execution Lead migration projects from on-prem or other Clouds to AWS , ensuring smooth transitions Redesign legacy systems into modern, scalable AWS architectures Set technical direction, review code, resolve blockers, and ensure engineering quality Design Cloud-Native Systems Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK) and CI/CD pipelines Ensure observability, scalability, and reliability are built-in from the start Lead Engineering Collaboration Work closely with PMs, developers, QA, and DevOps to keep projects moving fast Coordinate task breakdown, guide team members, and align delivery with timelines Join technical discovery sessions as needed to assess feasibility and estimate effort You Should Have 8+ years of experience in backend/cloud development or DevOps Proven experience leading cloud migration and modernization projects Strong hands-on knowledge of: IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CDK CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools Ability to explain trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders AWS Certified (Professional or Specialty level)— not required at the time of application, but must be obtained within 2 months of joining Comfortable working remotely with high ownership and self-management Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration Prior experience working at a software services or consulting firm Interest in building internal playbooks and AWS best-practice guides Exposure to cost optimization techniques (we have internal support for this)Nice-to-Have (but not required)AI/ML experience Why Join CoderPush?You'll work on impactful projects across the US, EU, Singapore, and Vietnam We're a remote-first company with a strong engineering culture and great clients You'll help shape the future of cloud transformation for modern enterprises Clear growth path: grow from Lead Engineer to Principal or Staff role #J-18808-Ljbffr
