Precast Coordinator

Description Production Scheduling & Monitoring Develop and oversee the production schedule for precast concrete units.Track daily progress at the precast yard, ensuring targets are met. Technical Coordination Liaise with consultants and engineers to clarify production drawings and resolve technical issues.Ensure precast detailing aligns with structural, architectural, and fabrication requirements. Drawing & Documentation Control Produce, review, and revise precast schematic, shop, and production drawings (e.g., mould layouts, lifting details). Maintain version control and ensure all revisions are communicated to relevant teams. Quality Assurance & Compliance Coordinate with QA/QC to uphold production quality standards and manage non-conformances. Day-to-Day Duties Monitor progress of precast casting against schedule. Update and distribute daily production reports. Hold coordination meetings with consultants, production, and site leads. Review technical submissions (shop drawings) for accuracy and completeness.
