Key accountabilities

  • Associate Paid Social Channel Manager for a top regional client, reporting to the Paid activation Lead
  • This role is responsible for the delivery of the International results across social campaigns. The team is very data-driven, iterates constantly, and vigorously adapts.
  • You will collaborate with Local Digital Leads & Planners as well as our Digital Data & Media hub to develop media mix and tactical strategies, monitoring results across International campaigns and have the ability to communicate digestible insights on a regular basis to share learnings and inform continued development of the program.
  • Ensure flawless execution of new campaign launches from the initial media planning phase to the campaign wrap up reports
  • Work closely with supply vendors to set up, monitor and execute international campaigns to meet stringent KPIs
  • Responding to client requirements in a timely and accurate manner, working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and colleagues across the network, and responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of work within your team
  • Work with the Client Partner to determine ways to improve the performance and the innovation of the channel
  • Ensuring timely financial accuracy in terms of client billings from vendors
  • Be responsible for the development of members of your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews, actively mentoring and empowering your team to increase quality and performance on the client
