As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable. Your responsibilities will include analyzing AR aging reports to identify opportunities for improving cash flow. It will be essential to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations while also mentoring and training junior members of the AR team. Additionally, you will be involved in automating and enhancing AR processes to drive efficiency within the department.This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed night shift schedule from Monday to Friday in the US shift. Shift allowance will be provided to support your commitment to working during these hours.The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with a focus on ATL in RCM. This experience is required to excel in this role.The work location for this position is in person, and the successful candidate will be expected to be present on-site to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.,
