We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and passionate Clinic Associate to join us in providing top-quality care to our clients. Your role includes: ✔ Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach ✔ Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments efficiently ✔ Managing patient flow and handling multiple tasks with ease ✔ Checking in and out patients using cloud-based software ✔ Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care ✔ Assisting doctors in daily clinic operations ✔ Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment ✔ Working around 44 hours per week (1 weekday + 1 weekend off)✔ Performing other ad-hoc duties as needed What We're Looking For: ✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor ✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated ✅ Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)✅ 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting ✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment ✅ Computer literacy is a must ✅ At least 2 years of working experience in the related field to be considered for Senior position . ✅ Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
