Singapore . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applying intricate and elegant mehndi designs for various occasions, including bridal, festive, and casual applications. Key Responsibilities:
Apply high-quality
Indian and Arabic mehndi designs
for customers, including bridal, engagement, festival, and casual mehndi.
Understand client requirements and customize designs accordingly.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with the design and application.
Maintain high hygiene standards and cleanliness of henna application tools and workstations.
Mix natural henna paste and ensure consistency for smooth application.
Stay updated on the latest mehndi trends, patterns, and techniques.
Work efficiently to complete designs within a given timeframe.
Assist in salon promotions, marketing, and special events related to henna services.
Manage bookings and scheduling for mehndi appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Indian and Arabic mehndi designs
with freehand drawing skills.
Strong artistic abilities with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client appointments efficiently.
Understanding of different skin types and reactions to natural henna.
Knowledge of aftercare instructions to guide clients on maintaining their mehndi designs.
Experience:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a professional
Henna Artist
in a salon, bridal studio, or freelance setting.
Portfolio of previous henna work required (photographs of bridal and non-bridal mehndi designs).
Working Hours:
Full-time & Part-time options available
Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays (depending on client appointments).
Shift-based schedule as per salon requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of
traditional and modern henna designs .
Ability to mix and prepare high-quality
natural henna paste .
Good time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
Creativity to customize unique mehndi patterns.
