Job Title: Senior HVAC Engineer - Energy Efficiency Expertise

This role is responsible for leading technical discussions with clients regarding their current cooling system configurations and energy efficiency objectives. As a technical advisor, you will provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders on matters related to energy efficiency.

  • You will perform comprehensive analysis of clients' cooling systems to evaluate current efficiency levels and pinpoint areas that can be improved.
  • Create high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development initiatives.
  • Sustain and engage with external engineering partners on specific projects.
  • Cultivate relationships with OEM equipment suppliers throughout the region.
  • Manage project responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery.
  • Assist in team development by mentoring and training junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
  • Excellent commercial and business insights.
  • Capability to travel regionally as needed.
