As part of the Real Estate Asset and Structured Finance Team you will work in a dynamic newly set up team environment with a team of professional specialists. This role provides a great opportunity to be exposed to a range of markets and asset types and offers opportunities to excel at structuring. You will report to the Director, Fund Finance and work closely with a number of highly experienced industry specialists, as well as work independently on a variety of asset classes. Responsibilities Responsible for credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific. Analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions that vary in complexity. Develop recommendations for the appropriate course of action, prepare and present credit submissions, liaise with external legal counsel on documentation. Track and monitor the Fund Finance portfolios across various metrics as per the documentation. Portfolio management of the existing fund finance facilities across Asia Pacific; complete periodical customer reviews, assist with ad‐hoc requests from the client and the refinancing and extension of the facilities. Assist with client relationship management by efficiently addressing client requirements and contributing to cross sell activities (i.e. running Client Profitability Models) including meeting preparation, follow‐up, and tracking. Provide assistance with the preparation of marketing materials, industry papers, business proposals, and ad‐hoc updates on an ongoing basis. Prepare and compile various reports for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Reporting includes credit facility return metrics, relationship return metrics, risk limits, and annual budgeting and tracking. Build the Mizuho ESG brand in becoming a top ESG house in the region as it relates to RASF. Requirements 0-5 years of professional work experience in banking/fund finance/private equity funds preferred. Strong credit, structuring, and financial analysis skills. Knowledge of Fund Finance products. Self‐motivated, results focused, team player with strong learning ability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous banking, Fund Finance or private equity experience preferred. CFA preferred. Fresh graduates keen on a career in Fund Finance are welcome to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
