About the role The Talent Development Specialist requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience. Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work. Key Responsibilities: Partner with global talent Co E, HR business partners, and business leaders to implement strategic Talent initiatives in the region. Global learning and development program management, training transaction support, deploy modules on High Potential Program, People Manager Program, and similar programs. Qualify vendors and content as needed for training content developed externally. Localize global training materials, schedule, and facilitate sessions in local languages. Work with stakeholders to deploy employee engagement survey including communication, activation, and report generation. Promote tools and technology to support performance management yearly cycle, engagement action planning, and leadership development review. Manage Learning Management System (Success Factors) deployment, activation, and system admin support on tools, system navigation, and report generation. Talent development related knowledge articles’ creation and management. Handle complex query consulting in Service Now system, summarize and escalate frequently asked questions to regional talent partner and relevant value stream leader. Promote and sustain Diversity & Inclusion practices, embed core culture-led behaviors in workshops and communication. Requirements We are looking for people who are experienced in Talent Development. As a minimum you must have: Graduate or postgraduate from a university/institution of repute with Human Resources, Organization Behavior, Industrial Psychology, or similar background. Relevant HR functional experience of 3-5 years, ideally the last 2-3 years in Talent, L&D, HRBP, or similar functional expertise area with a multi-national organization. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction and collaborative by nature with strong people skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong ownership on executing multiple tasks with a high drive for results. Good command of English as working language in speaking, reading, and writing.
