The needs to support students' well-being through counselling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with staff, parents, and external agencies, under the guidance of the Senior School Counsellor. Provide individual and group counselling to students under the guidance of the Senior School Counsellor. Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies; conduct home visits as needed. Refer students and families to community resources or professionals when required. Assist in crisis intervention and follow-up support for critical incidents. Maintain accurate case records and update school management on student progress. Support the development and implementation of school-wide counselling programs and staff wellness initiatives. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to promote students' social-emotional well-being. Contribute to content creation and teaching resources where needed. Conduct one-to-one, small-group, and school-wide programs for social-emotional learning under Senior School Counsellor guidance. Facilitate activities promoting self-awareness, resilience, and peer support. Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies for complex student needs. Monitor student progress, maintain records, and support policy or program reviews. Participate in crisis management and follow-up interventions in coordination with Senior School Counsel Requirements Diploma or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling (SAC-recognized) or related field; familiar with counselling approaches for children aged 7–12. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and basic IT proficiency for documentation. Min 2+ years in school or community-based social work or youth programs; experience with student interventions and collaborating with parents, schools, or agencies; group facilitation experience is a plus. Work Schedule Three days per week, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (including a 30-minute lunch break).
