About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our team full-time. The employee will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex elevator and escalator installation projects. Job Description Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects Manage a team of site supervisors and subcontractors to coordinate all aspects of project delivery Collaborate with clients, architects, main contractors, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and address any issues or changes Ensure project activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for management and clients Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project team Job Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the lift and escalator industry Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Engineering, or a related technical discipline Proven track record in successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of lift installation projects Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, installation processes, and safety standards Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Tell employers what skills you have Management SkillsBudgetsConstructionAlterationsArchitectsElectricalMentorshipMechanicalCustomerfocusedProject ManagementTransportationInterventionsTime ManagementStakeholder ManagementProject DeliveryProject Engineering
