Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Receptionist · Provide Front Desk Reception duties for the office by managing internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. · Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, forwarding, and taking messages when required. · Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries · Oversee car management for the scheduling, allocation, and usage of company vehicles. · Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and venue arrangements. · Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies. · Process employee claims for reimbursements (travel, medical, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner. · Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry · Other ad-hoc or general affairs duties as assigned Secretary · Manage the Executive’s calendar, including the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference calls, as well as the coordination of travel arrangements. · Maintain records, process expenses, and handle confidential information with care. · Plan and manage itineraries, logistics, and hospitality arrangements for incoming visitors · Perform general administrative tasks and any additional duties as assigned by the executive Requirements · Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. · Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, Fresh graduates with strong internships may also be considered. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese · Only Singaporean or PR may apply Tell employers what skills you have Microsoft OfficeMicrosoft ExcelTravel ArrangementsAdministrationVehiclesData EntryProcurementPowerPointAdministrative SupportExcelMicrosoft WordScreeningSchedulingHospitality
