Logistics Expert Job Description
This role involves managing logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of products and services. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring business performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Representing the company in client reviews, working collaboratively to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Providing high-quality customer service by communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and addressing gaps in performance to improve overall efficiency and meet client expectations.
  • Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely shipment from regional hubs.
  • Billing clients in a timely and accurate manner for services rendered.
  • Participating in projects as assigned by program managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong logistics expertise, including global logistics management, freight experience, and process optimization skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
