We enable clients to navigate complex challenges by combining industry leading technical domain knowledge, digital innovation, and consulting excellence. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening our digital portfolio, especially focusing on digital in Aviation and related domains. You will work on a range of projects covering airport master planning, new airport developments, and aviation business transformation in Singapore and regionally. Working as part of a multi‐disciplinary team, your responsibilities will include developing Digital & Data Strategies, scoping and specifying a wide range of Airport Operational Systems, and supporting aviation clients to maximise the value from aviation data. What you will contribute to the team Provide high value consultancy to customers at the enterprise, programme, and project level. Contribute to the development of Digital & Data Strategies for aviation clients by analysing business objectives, required capabilities and future trends. Develop roadmaps to achieve business objectives. Gather business, user, and technical requirements for key operational systems and support their subsequent specification, procurement, delivery, and go‐live. Develop solutions architectures for systems and their integration within the context of a wider Enterprise Architecture. Solutions in scope could include Airport Operational Systems, Security Systems, Airside Systems, and Data Platforms. Undertake solution/technology evaluation to assess the best fit solutions for different capabilities. Consider cyber protections required for aviation systems. Facilitate the development of data architecture and the definition of interfaces. Manage the delivery of our digital advisory services. Build trusted relationships with clients and support the growth of our business by leading and contributing to proposal development. Support service and people development to help grow and develop our business and team. About you Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education and work experience. Extensive knowledge of applying digital and data in aviation and airport operations. Specific knowledge across at least two of the following areas: Aviation operational systems such as AODB, FIDS, RMS. Passenger processing and security search systems, including biometrics. Airside systems such as ACDM and apron systems. Aviation data, IATA messaging and data integration. Cyber security and its application to aviation. Extensive professional experience, e.g., previous work within management consultancy, systems integrator, supplier or an in‐house role with exposure to aviation digital projects. Good to have Knowledge of latest trends across aviation digital and related digital and technology domains. A strong customer‐centric perspective focused on outcomes and whole‐life value. Knowledge of the test and commissioning of aviation digital solutions and their integration. Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual) reflected in project deliverables and proposals. Demonstrable passion for digital and for delivering social, environmental and economic outcomes.
