Position Purpose The Assistant Resident Manager supports the Resident Manager in overseeing the day-to-day management of the condominium. He/She ensures smooth estate operations, assists in handling resident matters, and provides administrative support to the Management Council and Managing Agent. Key Responsibilities 1. Estate Operations & Maintenance Assist in supervising daily operations of cleaning, security, landscaping, and M&E services. Conduct routine inspections and report defects/irregularities to the Resident Manager. Follow up with contractors on maintenance and repair works. 2. Vendor & Contractor Support Monitor contractors’ attendance and service delivery on site. Assist in obtaining quotations and prepare simple comparison tables. Verify completion of minor works and report to Resident Manager. 3. Administration Assist in preparation of circulars, notices, and meeting documents. Maintain filing system for contracts, reports, and correspondences. Handle petty cash claims and simple record-keeping. 4. Resident & Council Support Handle day-to-day enquiries and feedback from residents, escalating issues when necessary. Provide administrative support during Council/General Meetings (arrangements, minutes drafting assistance). Ensure timely follow-up on Council decisions under Resident Manager’s guidance. 5. Statutory & Safety Compliance Assist in maintaining statutory records and ensure timely reminders for renewals. Monitor contractors’ compliance with safety requirements on site. 6. Staff Supervision (Support Role)Assist Resident Manager in supervising on-site staff. Report staff issues to Resident Manager for resolution. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in Estate/Facilities Management or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in property or estate administration. Familiarity with BMSMA is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
