Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, including the future Terminal 5. We invite you to join us in shaping Singapore's aviation future.
As part of the Changi East Programme Control Division, you will support tracking construction packages to ensure they are on schedule and within budget. Your responsibilities include driving programme packaging, procurement and contracting strategies, scope and interface management, change management, and cost control for projects related to Changi East. You will collaborate with project managers, contract administrators, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to analyze, visualize, and report schedule and cost indicators.
Requirements:
Degree in Infrastructure and Project Management, Built Environment, Engineering, or related fields
At least 8 years of relevant experience in project or contract management of large-scale infrastructure projects (fewer years may be considered for the Assistant Manager role)
Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in construction cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a team
This is a 3-year contract position.
