Assistant / Duty Manager (Hotel)Join to apply for the Assistant / Duty Manager (Hotel) role at JEN by Shangri-La. Responsibilities Manage day‐to‐day staffing requirements, plan and assign work in accordance with the front office requirements to ensure efficiency in running the hotel's operation. Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis. Review feedback, guest comments, and other information pertaining to front office. Track guest satisfaction levels and handle guests' complaints. Document hotel risk management reports for investigation and process recommendations for future prevention and improvement. Overall in‐charge of the hotel during the midnight shift in the absence of senior management. Identify training needs and develop training programs. Serve as hotel Emergency Response Team leader during crisis management. Ensure compliance to the company's auditing framework. Ad‐hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Takes pride in being a hotelier. Good communication skills. Loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds. Preferably has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Enjoys coming up with best fit solutions. Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader. Must be detail‐focused and guest‐oriented.
