  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Deal Execution:
      Lead or support end-to-end M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

    • Financial Analysis & Modeling:
      Build and review complex financial models including valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps), accretion/dilution analysis, and scenario planning.

    • Due Diligence:
      Coordinate and manage due diligence processes across legal, financial, commercial, and operational workstreams.

    • Market & Industry Research:
      Conduct sector-agnostic market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential targets across APAC.

    • Stakeholder Management:
      Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, strategy, operations) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsel).

    • Presentation & Communication:
      Prepare investment memos, board presentations, and pitch materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

    • Strategic Planning:
      Contribute to corporate strategy discussions and long-term growth initiatives through inorganic expansion.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred for VP level.
    • 2-10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are a plus.
    • Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
