Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Director to lead our Cash operation management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction, driving operational excellence, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Align strategic directions with top management and translate into holistic business and operational excellence strategies.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term initiatives, roadmaps for the organization incorporating operational management, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
- Champion a "Stop and Fix" World-Class Operations Management culture by implementing structured daily tiered accountability meetings and actively encouraging problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.
- Formal training or certification in Data analytics or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) highly desirable.
- Possess technical skills necessary to resolve a broad array of business issues.
- Demonstrated mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within Manufacturing or Production capacity.
