Job Title: Civil Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Civil Lead Engineer and Lead Designer with civil and structural layout planning, conceptual development, and detailed design work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to produce accurate drawings with minimal supervision and be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work setting.

The role also involves preparing accurate and standards-compliant civil and structural drawings aligned with client expectations, delivering design drawings efficiently within allocated man-hours and project timelines, developing and maintaining 3D models using SP3D and SmartPlant 3D, and coordinating closely with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil drafting and design, particularly in plant engineering environments is necessary.
  • A strong proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) is required.
  • Experience with SP3D, SmartPlant 3D, MicroStation, and Revit is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
