Job Responsibilities: You need to oversee and coordinate daily operations from order processing to production and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. You need to work closely with the Production Manager and QC teams to meet quality, cost and delivery targets. Able to plan production schedules and manage material availability in coordination with the purchasing and inventory teams. Act as the key liaison between Operations and Business Development teams to support new customer projects, fragrance variants, and sample development. Able to communicate order status, lead time, and production updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed. You need to work with QC and Regulatory teams to ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and IFRA or regulatory requirements. You need to monitor batch yields, material usage, and overall workflow efficiency; recommend process improvements to reduce wastage and cost. Supervise customer service staff to ensure smooth coordination and proper documentation for orders, dispatch and sample requestsli>Able to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to building an efficient, customer-focused operational process. Job Requirements: You must have Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline. You must have minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing. Able to hands-on, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced SME environment. You must have good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
