Logistics Supervisor
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This includes receiving and dispatching goods, monitoring safety protocols, and analyzing inventory levels to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Management : Assist in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and dispatching of goods.
- Safety and Compliance Oversight : Monitor and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Staff Development and Supervision : Support the Warehouse Manager in training and supervising warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Inventory Optimization : Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate reports on warehouse performance.
