About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within our clients' organizations. This is also an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick‐start a career in the recruitment industry. Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position. Prepare and submit candidate reports to clients, highlighting the top candidates for each role. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand our talent pool and increase brand visibility. Qualifications: Fresh graduates with Bachelor's and above degree. Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‐motivated and results‐oriented. A passion for people and a genuine interest in helping others succeed in their careers.
