About the Role:
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information.
- Communicate clearly and manage customer feedback effectively.
- Be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high service delivery standards.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
About You:
- Preferably O' levels / A Levels and above.
- Prior experience in a Contact Centre environment is an advantage.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
