About the Role:

  • Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Communicate clearly and manage customer feedback effectively.
  • Be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high service delivery standards.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Preferably O' levels / A Levels and above.
  • Prior experience in a Contact Centre environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
