Job Summary:

The IT Asset Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in streamlining the management of IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing asset utilization within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain an effective IT asset management system to track and manage the lifecycle of IT assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize asset utilization.
  • Analyze asset data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance IT asset management processes.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and software licensing compliance.
  • Experience in implementing and managing IT asset management tools.
  • Analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
