Seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESL educator to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Job Description

As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective 1-to-1 and group classes, creating lesson plans, and delivering lectures and demonstrations. You will also be expected to prepare students for international exams such as AEIS and IB, and provide regular feedback on their progress.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing customized lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to improve performance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and ideas in teaching and learning

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore/IB education syllabus and curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals
