Digital Product Specialist

Location : Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City Working hour : 830am-6pm Mon-Thu; 830am-530pm Fri Period : 11 months (subject to renewal/convert) Salary : $3450 per month Support new platform enhancements development process through feature conceptualisation, documentation, and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc. Create wireframe mockups for improved user experience Propose feature improvements based on user feedback Conduct competitor analysis of innovation platforms Monitor and manage mailbox enquiries Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues with the digital platform and coordinate bug fixes Manage and collate statistics for reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress Conduct housekeeping activities like monthly admin role cleanup and updates Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace Manage documentation of operational processes related to the digital platform Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end innovation processes and workflows put in place By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec's Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
