As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll lead end-to-end project delivery, drive DevSecOps excellence, and mentor juniors in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead design, implementation, and commissioning of turnkey telecom/IT solutions (e.g., VMware, Red Hat, AWS EKS), including hardware integration (Cisco/Fortigate) and documentation (HLD/LLD, MoPs, UAT/SAT). Provide rotational 24/7 support; troubleshoot networks/firewalls; conduct VAPT and remediate per OWASP/IMDA standards; integrate AI for predictive threat detection. Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) with IaC (Terraform); enforce DevSecOps in Kubernetes/orchestration platforms; automate workflows for edge/IoT scalability. Optimise SIP/RTP signaling on SBCs (e.g., Acme Packet); manage app servers (Tomcat/WebLogic) with JVM tuning and RESTful API integrations. Facilitate workshops, vendor escalations, and compliance reviews; mentor juniors on best practices. Requirements Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or related (specialization in Telecom/Communications/Cybersecurity/AI preferred); 5+ years in telecom systems engineering, with proven project leadership. Proficient in Linux/VMware/AWS; scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell). Hands-on with firewalls (WAF/IDS/IPS), containerization (Docker/K8s), and network security (IAM/SSL/encryption). Familiarity with 5G core elements, SIP protocols, and app servers ( balancing). AI/ML for network analytics; cloud-edge computing; sustainability metrics (e.g., carbon footprint tools). CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified DevOps, CISSP, or equivalent. Strong analytical/problem-solving; excellent communication for technical/non-technical audiences; collaborative, adaptable in fast-paced settings.
