The Opportunity We are seeking caring, attentive and passionate Infant Care Teachers who are dedicated to supporting the developmental needs of children from 2 to 18 months old. You will play a vital role in providing a warm, secure and responsive environment that supports infants' physical, emotional and cognitive development. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, responsive and consistent care for infants in accordance with their individual routines Plan and carry out age‐appropriate sensory and developmental activities based on the infant care programme Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, napping and hygiene care with attentiveness and care Observe, document and track each child's developmental milestones and progress Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health and safety standards Respond sensitively to infants' cues and needs, building a strong sense of security and trust Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily routines and development Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations of the infant care programme Adhere to all centre policies and licensing requirements Requirements Must possess an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)(ECDA‐recognised)L1/L2 certification is preferred Prior experience in an infant care or childcare setting is an advantage Genuine love, patience and attentiveness when working with babies and young children Calm, nurturing and observant personality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of infant development, health and hygiene practices What's in it for you Stable and supportive working environment Opportunities for career progression in the early childhood sector Regular training and upgrading opportunities Positive and collaborative workplace culture The chance to make a meaningful difference in a child's earliest stage of life If you have a heart for nurturing young lives and want to be part of a purposeful and caring environment, we welcome your application.
