The Right Profile
We are looking for a data-driven and creative
Digital Marketing Specialist
who excels in optimizing performance marketing campaigns and driving user growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You should be comfortable navigating multiple online marketing platforms, experimenting with innovative approaches and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and a knack for translating insights into actionable strategies will set you apart in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Drive user acquisition through performance marketing channels such as search, display, the website, app and other innovative channels.
Manage channel activities to meet business objectives such as ROI and user growth targets.
Design, plan and execute tests on optimization levers such as targeting, creatives, campaign structures, landing pages.
Manage and optimize Syfe’s website for better conversion.
Collaborate with a wider marketing team on integrated marketing campaigns.
Support team with insights from conducting market and user analysis.
Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience
in marketing, with at least two years of direct experience working with online marketing platforms preferred.
Highly analytical with strong numerical reasoning skills.
Excellent communicator who can formulate ideas and structure findings.
A self-starter, fast learner with a can-do attitude.
Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
