Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Perform duties assigned by the supervisor or operation executive and complete within the timeline.
  • Collect mails from the mailroom, check, and disseminate to respective departments.
  • Maintain notice boards in an orderly and clean manner, ensure notices are updated.
  • Maintain files and ensure reports are duly filed and certifications are within expiry period.
  • Conduct monthly checks on AED and update status.
  • Assist with preparations for internal and external audits in collaboration with Operations.
  • Coordinate with Operations to plan events and manage contractor works.
  • Issue POs, email POs to vendors, and follow up for invoice submissions, DO & PO to DDNTV.
  • Manage stock of uniforms, PPE, cleaning aids, security seals, stationery, and other ad-hoc purchases including receiving and issuing.
  • Perform first aid and purchase supplies for DC.
  • Occasional travel to the West for ad-hoc duties.
  • Maintain the Store Calendar system on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Perform any additional duties as required.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • A proactive team player with a hands-on approach and positive mindset.
  • Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
