Messaging Services Senior Specialist - MS Teams
NTT DATA is seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist - MS Teams to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The role involves managing Microsoft Teams, supporting end users, configuring and managing Direct Routing, troubleshooting issues, and performing change management activities such as adding features, configurations, and security enhancements.
Key qualifications include experience with Microsoft Teams, MS calling plan, Direct routing, Operator connect, and intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony. Familiarity with server and networking principles in an enterprise environment is also required. Responsibilities include evaluating, engineering, testing, and implementing secure infrastructures, documenting platform standards, and providing technical support and training to team members.
The role also involves acting as a resource for escalation issues, gathering business requirements, providing updates to leadership, and handling high-severity issues, CRQ deployments during weekends and holidays, and on-call support.
