Coilcraft Industries Singapore Pte. Ltd. – Bedok Coilcraft Industries Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our thriving team in the Bedok East region. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across our supply chain. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive supplier quality assurance programmes to ensure incoming materials and components meet stringent quality standards. Conducting on-site supplier audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues. Analyzing quality data, trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems. Providing technical guidance and support to suppliers to help them enhance their quality management systems. Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations and customer requirements. Documenting quality processes and procedures and maintaining accurate quality records. What we're looking for Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret quality metrics and identify areas for improvement. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. What we offer Competitive salary and bonus structure.
