Main Responsibilities You'll lead work that powers the day‐to‐day technologies behind modern life, from mobility and connectivity to smart systems and sustainable design. As a Technology Development Device Testing Engineer (Senior/Staff) in our team, you will: E‐test (WAT) program (including algorithm) set up, debug and characterization. Device bench testing (DC/RF/reliability) and characterization. Assist manager to manage device lab. Guide AE to carry on routine testing activity. Liaise with vendor to maintain testing equipment. Capability Hands on RFSOI, Power device bench test is preferred. Good communication and team work skill. Self‐motivated and avid learner. Qualification Bachelor or Master in physics, EE. Experience in semiconductor device testing /characterization /test program writing in any Fab and/or design company. Person also need to have good inter personal skills to deal with cross functional teams.
