Production Team (Battery & Electronics Division)Location: Tuas – Free daily shuttle from Choa Chu Kang &Joo Koon MRT Salary: $2,700 – $3,900/month (depending on workdays)Lead the Line: Inspire, guide, and motivate your team to hit daily targets with pride and precision. Plan & Execute: Manage shift operations, delegate smartly, and ensure seamless handovers. ️Safety First: Uphold safety standards and PPE use; review incidents to prevent future risks. Quality Guardian: Detect and correct production issues early to maintain top product standards. Train & Grow: Mentor new operators, enhance skills, and build team confidence. Improve Constantly: Champion 5S, ISO, or Lean initiatives to drive process efficiency. At least 2 years of manufacturing experience (battery or electronics background preferred). Prior experience in supervising or leading production teams. Willing to work rotating day/night shifts and occasional overtime. Understands safety rules and good manufacturing practices (GMP). A proactive problem-solver who enjoys leading by example.
