Description Description If you are looking for a part-time job on weekends to supplement your monthly income, value good customer service, eloquent in English, willing to learn and grow with the company, then you are most welcome to applyResponsibilities Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone/email enquiriesProvide professional course consultation and excellent customer service to prospective customersWork closely with the Operations Manager in student placements and scheduling of classesCommunicate and coordinate with customers in ensuring prompt follow-up and closure for all enquiriesProcess student registrations and paymentsCorrespond with existing customers through phone, text messages, emails and lettersPerform a variety of administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operationsProcess student registrations and paymentsAssisting the teacher in the class in ensuring the wellbeing of the studentsEnsure the safety and appropriate behaviour of students at the centreTidy and prepare the classrooms before and after lessonsRequirements Fluent in English and Mandarin, to handle both English and Mandarin speaking customers.Confident and tactful in handling customer’s needs.Passionate in providing excellent customer service.Possess good communication skills.Must love children and comfortable working around them.Possess a cheery and pleasant disposition.Meticulous and systematic with administrative proceduresHas a good eye for details.Excellent team player with a people-oriented personality.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other administrative applications.Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage.Working hours Saturday and/or Sunday from 8.30am to 7.00pm (actual schedule subjected to roster), adhoc for weekdaysWork locations Our Tampines HubParkway ParadeSafra Choa Chu KangAnchorvale VillageThe Woodleigh MallAMK HubWhite SandsSalary $12 per hour for Weekday / $15 per hour for Weekend#J-18808-LjbffrIndustry OtherCategory OtherSub Category Hospitality & Leisure
