Responsibilities Perform accurate order submission and proactive follow-up to ensure the correct parts are shipped and received, reducing delays and improving customer experience. Monitor escalations and follow up with appropriate teams to resolve issues. Prepare reports for management and materials team. Collaborate with buyers, manufacturing, technical and field support teams to ensure shipments of the right parts at the right time. Minimum qualifications Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or customer support Proficient hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage high email volume Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple escalations simultaneously Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shipments of the right parts at the right time Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn Benefits We offer a competitive, family-friendly total rewards package.
