Roles & Responsibilities Name of Authority South View Primary School Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026. Working Hour： 1) One Full-time Resource Management cum Admin Support Officer (Non-Teaching) staff  Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (35 hours/week)  Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. 2) One Part-time Resource Management cum Admin Support Officer (Non-Teaching) staff  Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 1:00pm (5 hours per day)  Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Job Scopes： 1. Assist all departments, including MOE Kindergarten to prepare materials and learning resources for all levels lessons, programmes and activities. 2. Provide support to School wide activities such as admin duty during PSLE Exam, Photo-taking scheduling, collate data, distribute items to classes and K1 orientation etc 3. Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks. 4. Assist and support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Co-ordinator on the Gastro activities and lessons. 5. Conduct half-yearly inventory check in Gastro Lab. 6. Upkeep the cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab 7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint). 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer service skills. 9. Ability to multi-task and flexible to the school operational needs and demands. 10. Any other duties assigned by the Admin Manager and the School Leaders. Requirements： 1. GCE N Levels or its equivalent 2. Preferably completed and passed the Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 and to submit the certification to the Authority at least 2 weeks before the commencement of work. 3. Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in resource planning and office administration. Prior working experience in a school environment is an advantage.
